The AV Texel Summer Run is a weekly running event that takes place every Wednesday evening at Sportpark Zuid in Den Burg. Participants can choose from distances of 1200 m (youth), 4.4 km, and 8.4 km, with registration starting at 6:30 PM. The youth start at 7:15 PM, followed by the adults at 7:30 PM. Afterwards, there are prizes and ice creams for the youth, as well as a raffle for all participants.
